Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 7 business day to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Things to Know

Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage to the freight company and contact us to report the damage.

Backordered Items

We do our best to prevent back orders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment. If the back ordered item is discontinued or unavailable, the item will be canceled from your order and you will be refunded. There may be a comparable item or upgraded version available.
